MyTranslate gửi gì, tới đâu

MyTranslate chỉ đọc chữ khi bạn bấm phím tắt, bấm nút trên thanh thao tác nhanh hoặc dịch trong cửa sổ của app.

• Câu bạn bôi đen hoặc gõ, cùng vài tin gần nhất trong cùng cuộc trò chuyện (làm ngữ cảnh) và các thuật ngữ glossary có trong câu, được gửi tới dịch vụ AI bạn chọn: Anthropic (Claude, qua Claude Code hoặc API key), OpenAI (ChatGPT, qua Codex hoặc API key) hoặc Google (Gemini, qua API key).
• Việc gửi đi dùng tài khoản hoặc API key của chính bạn, và tuân theo chính sách quyền riêng tư của nhà cung cấp đó.
• Trừ khi bạn chọn dịch qua MyTranslate Cloud (mục dưới đây), MyTranslate không có máy chủ nào nhận câu bạn dịch, và không có quảng cáo. App chỉ gửi về số liệu sử dụng, như mục bên dưới.

MyTranslate Cloud (khi bạn chưa có tài khoản AI)

• Bạn đăng nhập MyTranslate bằng Google hoặc bằng mã gửi qua email. Máy chủ MyTranslate (Cloudflare) lưu địa chỉ email đó, một mã ngẫu nhiên app tạo trên máy này và một mã băm không đảo ngược được của mã máy do hệ điều hành cấp, để tính lượt dùng mỗi ngày cho từng tài khoản và từng máy.
• Khi dịch bằng MyTranslate, câu cần dịch (cùng ngữ cảnh và thuật ngữ như trên) đi qua máy chủ MyTranslate tới dịch vụ AI (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, hoặc qua OpenRouter tới hãng AI khác như DeepSeek, Qwen), bằng key của MyTranslate. Qua OpenRouter, máy chủ chỉ gọi những nơi cam kết không thu thập dữ liệu người dùng, nên câu đó không bị giữ lại để huấn luyện model. Máy chủ chỉ chuyển tiếp và đếm số lượt dịch; nội dung câu không được lưu vào cơ sở dữ liệu hay nhật ký.
• Khi phụ đề cuộc họp nghe qua MyTranslate, máy chủ chỉ cấp một key Soniox tạm thời và đếm số phút nghe. Âm thanh đi thẳng từ máy này tới Soniox, không qua máy chủ MyTranslate.
• Địa chỉ IP, nếu có lưu, chỉ ở dạng băm có muối. Bạn đăng xuất được bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt > AI dịch.

Phụ đề cuộc họp (thử nghiệm)

• App chỉ nghe khi bạn bật phụ đề (phím tắt hoặc menu khay) và không bao giờ tự bắt đầu nghe. Khi đang nghe, thanh phụ đề luôn hiện chấm đỏ; tạm dừng thì app không nghe và không lưu gì.
• App thu âm thanh mà ứng dụng họp phát ra loa hoặc tai nghe, không dùng micro. Trong lúc phụ đề đang bật, âm thanh đó được gửi thẳng từ máy này tới Soniox để chép lời, bằng key Soniox của bạn hoặc key tạm thời của MyTranslate Cloud; app không lưu âm thanh thành file.
• Mỗi câu nghe được ở ngôn ngữ còn lại được gửi tới dịch vụ AI bạn chọn để dịch, giống như khi dịch tin nhắn.
• Lời thoại và bản dịch được lưu trên máy này trong tab Cuộc họp, theo thời hạn giữ lịch sử; xóa được bất cứ lúc nào.

Thống kê sử dụng và báo cáo lỗi

Để biết app có chạy tốt trên máy người dùng không và sửa lỗi nhanh hơn, app gửi số liệu sử dụng tới máy chủ MyTranslate Cloud (Cloudflare). Khi bạn chưa đăng nhập MyTranslate, số liệu này ẩn danh.

• Một mã cài đặt ngẫu nhiên, tạo khi cài app; phiên bản app và phiên bản Windows; quốc gia ước lượng từ kết nối.
• Khi bạn đăng nhập MyTranslate (MyTranslate Cloud), số liệu và báo cáo lỗi gửi kèm phiên đăng nhập, nên gắn với tài khoản của bạn: MyTranslate dùng điều đó để tìm lỗi bạn gặp và hỗ trợ bạn. Chưa đăng nhập, hoặc đã đăng xuất, thì chúng không gắn với ai.
• Mỗi ngày: số lượt dịch, kiểm tra câu, xem cách đọc, trả lời và sao chép; số phút có dùng app; AI đang dùng và tốc độ trả lời của từng AI.
• Khi có lỗi: bước bị lỗi (ví dụ đăng nhập, dịch thử), loại lỗi và mã lỗi đã lược bỏ thông tin cá nhân (đường dẫn, email), cùng phiên bản Claude Code hoặc Codex, đã chờ bao lâu và máy có đi qua proxy hay không (không gửi địa chỉ proxy).
• Các bước của phần hướng dẫn lần đầu mà bạn đã qua.
• App không bao giờ gửi câu bạn dịch hoặc kết quả, nội dung clipboard, tên cửa sổ hay cuộc trò chuyện, hay tài khoản Claude, ChatGPT của bạn. Máy chủ không lưu địa chỉ IP.
• Thống kê được bật sẵn; tắt bất cứ lúc nào bằng "Gửi thống kê sử dụng" trong Cài đặt.
• Báo cáo lỗi kèm nhật ký (log) của app chỉ được gửi khi bạn bấm "Gửi báo cáo"; nhật ký không chứa câu bạn dịch.
• Số liệu chi tiết được giữ 90 ngày rồi tự xóa; sau đó chỉ còn tổng số của từng ngày, không gắn với máy nào.

Lưu gì trên máy bạn

• Lịch sử dịch, kết quả kiểm tra câu, glossary cá nhân và cài đặt nằm trong thư mục dữ liệu của app trên máy này. Bạn chọn thời hạn giữ lịch sử, sao lưu hoặc xóa toàn bộ trong Cài đặt > Dữ liệu.
• API key được lưu trong Windows Credential Manager, mã hóa cho tài khoản Windows của bạn.
• Để biết bạn đang ở ứng dụng và cuộc trò chuyện nào, app đọc tên cửa sổ và tên chương trình đang mở khi bạn bấm phím tắt. Để hiện thanh thao tác nhanh, app theo dõi thao tác chuột và phím để nhận ra lúc bạn bôi đen chữ; app không ghi lại phím bạn gõ. Bạn tắt được thanh này hoặc loại trừ từng ứng dụng trong Cài đặt.
• Gỡ MyTranslate là xóa app; dữ liệu của bản cài từ Microsoft Store được Windows xóa cùng.

Quyền của bạn

Dữ liệu của bạn nằm trên máy bạn, nên bạn xem, sao lưu và xóa được bất cứ lúc nào trong app. Thống kê sử dụng tắt được trong Cài đặt; muốn xóa số liệu đã gửi, gửi mã cài đặt (có trong Cài đặt) qua trang hỗ trợ. Dữ liệu đã gửi tới nhà cung cấp AI do nhà cung cấp đó quản lý theo tài khoản của bạn.

送信する内容と送信先

MyTranslate が文字を読むのは、ショートカットキーやクイックバーのボタンを押したとき、またはアプリの画面で翻訳したときだけです。

• 選択または入力した文と、文脈として同じ会話の直近のメッセージ、文中の用語集の語句を、あなたが選んだ AI サービスに送信します：Anthropic（Claude。Claude Code または API キー）、OpenAI（ChatGPT。Codex または API キー）、Google（Gemini。API キー）。
• 送信にはあなた自身のアカウントまたは API キーを使い、各提供元のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
• MyTranslate Cloud（次の項目）で翻訳することを選んだ場合を除き、MyTranslate は翻訳する文を受け取るサーバーを持たず、広告もありません。アプリが送るのは、後述の利用統計だけです。

MyTranslate Cloud（AI のアカウントがない場合）

• Google またはメールに届くコードで MyTranslate にログインします。MyTranslate のサーバー（Cloudflare）は、そのメールアドレス、アプリがこのPCで作るランダムな ID、OS が付ける PC の ID を元に戻せない形にハッシュ化した値を保存し、アカウントごと・PCごとに 1 日の利用分を数えます。
• MyTranslate で翻訳するとき、翻訳する文（上記と同じ文脈と用語集の語句を含む）は MyTranslate のサーバーを通り、MyTranslate のキーで AI サービス（Anthropic、OpenAI、Google のいずれか、または OpenRouter 経由で DeepSeek、Qwen などほかの AI 企業）に送られます。OpenRouter 経由の場合、ユーザーのデータを収集しないと約束している提供元だけを使うため、文がモデルの学習に使われることはありません。サーバーは中継して翻訳の回数を数えるだけで、文の内容をデータベースやログに保存しません。
• 会議字幕を MyTranslate 経由で聞き取るとき、サーバーは一時的な Soniox キーを渡して聞き取りの時間を数えるだけです。音声はこのPCから直接 Soniox に送られ、MyTranslate のサーバーは通りません。
• IP アドレスを保存する場合も、ソルト付きのハッシュ値だけです。［設定］>［翻訳AI］からいつでもログアウトできます。

会議字幕（試験中）

• 字幕をオンにしたとき（ショートカットキーまたはトレイメニュー）だけ音声を聞き取り、自動で聞き取りを始めることはありません。聞き取り中は字幕バーに常に赤い点が表示され、一時停止中は何も聞き取らず、何も保存しません。
• 会議アプリがスピーカーやヘッドホンに出力する音声を取り込みます。マイクは使いません。字幕がオンの間、その音声はこのPCから直接 Soniox に送られ、あなたの Soniox キー、または MyTranslate Cloud の一時的なキーで文字にします。アプリが音声をファイルとして保存することはありません。
• 聞き取った発言のうち相手の言語の文は、メッセージの翻訳と同じく、あなたが選んだ AI サービスに送って翻訳します。
• 発言と訳はこのPCの［会議］タブに、履歴の保存期間に従って保存されます。いつでも削除できます。

利用統計とエラー報告

アプリが各PCで正しく動いているかを知り、不具合を早く直すため、統計を MyTranslate Cloud のサーバー（Cloudflare）に送信します。MyTranslate にログインしていなければ、統計は匿名です。

• インストール時に作るランダムなID、アプリと Windows のバージョン、接続元から推定した国。
• MyTranslate（MyTranslate Cloud）にログインしている間は、統計とエラー報告にログイン中のセッションが付くため、あなたのアカウントに結び付きます。MyTranslate はそれを、あなたに起きた不具合を見つけてサポートするために使います。ログインしていない、またはログアウトした後は、誰とも結び付きません。
• 1日ごとの、翻訳・文章チェック・読み方・返信・コピーの回数、アプリを使った分数、使っている AI と AI ごとの応答速度。
• エラーが起きたとき：エラーが起きた手順（ログイン、テスト翻訳など）、エラーの種類、個人情報（パス、メールアドレス）を取り除いたエラーコード、Claude Code または Codex のバージョン、待った時間、プロキシ経由かどうか（プロキシのアドレスは送信しません）。
• 初回ガイドのどの手順まで進んだか。
• 翻訳する文やその結果、クリップボードの内容、ウィンドウ名や会話名、Claude や ChatGPT のアカウントは一切送信しません。サーバーは IP アドレスを保存しません。
• 統計の送信は最初からオンです。［設定］の「利用統計を送信」でいつでもオフにできます。
• アプリのログを含むエラー報告は、「報告を送信」を押したときだけ送信されます。ログに翻訳する文は含まれません。
• 詳細なデータは90日間保存したあと自動で削除します。その後は、どのPCとも結び付かない1日ごとの合計だけを残します。

このPCに保存するもの

• 翻訳履歴、文章チェックの結果、個人用語集、設定は、このPCのアプリのデータフォルダーに保存されます。保存期間の設定、バックアップ、全削除は［設定］>［データ］から行えます。
• API キーは Windows 資格情報マネージャーに、Windows アカウント用に暗号化して保存されます。
• どのアプリのどの会話かを知るため、ショートカットキーを押したときに前面のウィンドウ名とプログラム名を読み取ります。クイックバーを表示するため、文字を選択した瞬間をマウスとキーの操作から判別します。入力したキーを記録することはありません。クイックバーは［設定］でオフにしたり、アプリごとに除外したりできます。
• MyTranslate をアンインストールするとアプリは削除され、Microsoft Store 版のデータも Windows が一緒に削除します。

あなたの権利

あなたのデータはこのPCにあるため、アプリからいつでも確認、バックアップ、削除できます。利用統計は［設定］でオフにでき、送信済みのデータを削除したい場合は、インストールID（［設定］に表示）をサポートページからお知らせください。AI 提供元に送信されたデータは、あなたのアカウントに基づき各提供元が管理します。

What MyTranslate sends, and where

MyTranslate reads text only when you press its hotkey, click a button on its quick toolbar, or translate in its own window.

• The sentence you selected or typed, a few recent messages of the same conversation (as context) and the glossary terms it contains are sent to the AI service you chose: Anthropic (Claude, through Claude Code or an API key), OpenAI (ChatGPT, through Codex or an API key) or Google (Gemini, through an API key).
• They are sent with your own account or API key, under that provider's privacy policy.
• Unless you choose to translate through MyTranslate Cloud (next section), MyTranslate has no server that receives your text, and it shows no ads. The app only sends usage statistics, described further down.

MyTranslate Cloud (when you have no AI account)

• You sign in to MyTranslate with Google or with a code sent to your email. MyTranslate's server (Cloudflare) keeps that email address, a random id the app makes on this PC and a one-way hash of the id your operating system gives the PC, to count each day's use per account and per PC.
• When MyTranslate translates, the text (with the same context and glossary terms as above) goes through MyTranslate's server to an AI service (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or through OpenRouter another AI company such as DeepSeek or Qwen), with MyTranslate's key. Through OpenRouter, the server only uses providers that commit to not collecting user data, so the text is not kept to train models. The server only passes it on and counts the translations; the text is not stored in its database or logs.
• When meeting subtitles listen through MyTranslate, the server only hands out a temporary Soniox key and counts the minutes listened. The audio goes straight from this PC to Soniox, never through MyTranslate's server.
• IP addresses, if kept at all, are kept only as salted hashes. You can sign out at any time in Settings > AI.

Meeting subtitles (experimental)

• The app listens only while you have the subtitles on (with the hotkey or the tray menu); it never starts listening by itself. While it listens, the subtitle bar always shows a red dot; when paused, it hears and keeps nothing.
• It captures the sound the meeting app plays to your speakers or headphones; it does not use the microphone. While the subtitles are on, that sound goes straight from this PC to Soniox to be written down, with your Soniox key or a temporary key from MyTranslate Cloud; the app does not save the audio to a file.
• Each sentence heard in the other language is sent to the AI service you chose to be translated, as when translating a message.
• What was said and its translation are kept on this PC in the Meetings tab, for as long as your history is kept; delete them at any time.

Usage statistics and error reports

To know whether the app works well on people's PCs and to fix problems sooner, the app sends usage statistics to MyTranslate Cloud's server (on Cloudflare). While you are not signed in to MyTranslate, they are anonymous.

• A random install ID made when the app is installed; the app and Windows versions; a rough country from the connection.
• While you are signed in to MyTranslate (MyTranslate Cloud), the statistics and error reports carry your session, so they are tied to your account: MyTranslate uses that to find the problems you meet and to help you. Signed out, they are tied to no one.
• For each day: how many translations, sentence checks, readings, replies and copies; how many minutes the app was used; the AI in use and how fast each AI answered.
• When something fails: the step that failed (such as signing in or the test translation), the kind of error and its error code with personal details (paths, email addresses) removed, the Claude Code or Codex version, how long the app waited, and whether requests go through a proxy (not the proxy's address).
• Which steps of the first-run guide you went through.
• The app never sends the text you translate or its result, clipboard contents, window or conversation titles, or your Claude or ChatGPT account. The server does not keep IP addresses.
• Statistics are on by default; turn them off at any time with "Send usage statistics" in Settings.
• An error report with the app's log is sent only when you press "Send report"; the log does not contain the text you translate.
• Detailed data is kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically; after that only each day's totals remain, tied to no PC.

What stays on your PC

• Translation history, sentence checks, your personal glossary and your settings are kept in the app's data folder on this PC. Choose how long history is kept, back it up or delete it all in Settings > Data.
• API keys are kept in the Windows Credential Manager, encrypted for your Windows account.
• To know which app and conversation you are in, the app reads the title and program name of the foreground window when you press a hotkey. To show the quick toolbar, it watches mouse and key actions to notice when you select text; it never records what you type. You can turn the toolbar off, or exclude apps, in Settings.
• Uninstalling MyTranslate removes the app; for the Microsoft Store version, Windows removes its data too.

Your choices

Your data is on your PC, so you can see, back up and delete it at any time in the app. Usage statistics can be turned off in Settings; to have the data already sent deleted, send your install ID (shown in Settings) through the support page. Data sent to an AI provider is handled by that provider under your account.
